We are an internet based company, we don't have any showroom.

Do you have a minimum order requirement ?

Yes, we ask for a low minimum order value of £80 before VAT and delivery charge.(Mix N Match). So even small businesses and start-ups should be able to afford our fantastic range of products.

What forms of payment do you accept ?

We accept all major cards, bank transfer, postal order on our website, should you wish to pay by other payment methods, please contact our us after you placed your order. We DO NOT accept paypal.

If the payment is via Bank Transfer, funds should clear before dispatch. Uncrossed Postal order accepted, crossed postal orders are treated in the same way as cheques by the banks & as such can take 3 working days to clear. Credit / Debit card orders are delivered to cardholder's address.

Are my card details stored in your system ?

No, for security reason, your card details are not stored on our system. You will need to enter your card details each time you purchase from us.

I forgot to add my promo code before i confirmed my order...Can the discount still be applied ?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to apply the discount after you have placed your order. Please check that the discount has been applied before you click '' submit order ''

Can i modify my order ?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us right away. We cannot cancel an order once it has shipped from the warehouse. However, last-minute changes to unshipped orders are sometimes possible. If we are unable to make the change before the order is processed and shipped, you may need to return the item. Please review our return policy for details. Please ensure you review all your details before you complete the checkout process.

Can i save an order and submit at a later date ?

Please don't delay submitting your order. All orders are processed first come first serve. Saving an incomplete order does not reserve the items you want. If you save incomplete order and submit at later date, many items on your order might be already sold out.

Why was my order cancelled?

1 : Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we will let you know as soon as possible and you will not be charged. 

2: 3D Secure PIN 

You will need to register your Card and choose a 3D Secure PIN. This 3D Secure PIN will be required whenever you use your Card to make Internet purchases from participating merchants. How long will it take to receive my order?

We use next working day couriers for mainland UK delivery.  All orders placed before 2:30pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:30pm during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched the following working day. Click here to view more details

Free mainland UK delivery on orders over £200. As soon as your credit card, debit card or bank transfer payment is confirmed, or funds cleared if you paid by cheque (generally this takes up to 3 working days) we will ship the goods the same day or next working day .

All dispatched goods are fully traceable. Whilst we do everything in our power to ensure these prompt deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by organisations or circumstances beyond our control. Also, if you have any special delivery instructions, please let us know when you place your order.

Can i track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email which contains a link to track your order . All customers that have provided us with a mobile number will receive a text message with delivery updates. Can i specify a time for delivery

Unfortunately, we are unable to specify a specific time for delivery. Our couriers DPD deliver between the hours of 7am to 6pm.

What is your returns policy?

All Sales Are Final. If by any chance any product has a defect, faulty bags can be credited or refunded within 28 days after receiving the goods, email for return authorization or your return will not be accepted.  

For change of mind cancellations and returns, postage will not be refunded , postage back to us will not be covered. 

Under no circumstances shall the company be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. 

All items must be in brand new condition with all hang tags attached and unmarked . All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item, please allow 7 working days for credit or refund to be dealt with. 

Please attach a short note stating the reason for return, your order number. reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise or may ban a customer from completing future purchases, if it is determined that a customer has a history of abusing the returns policy.
